4.4.2.2 The SL concept which is not lexicalized in TL
The SL word may express a concept which is known in the RL culture but
simply not lexicalized
Ex: A chip in computers
Ex: Lễ dạm ngõ
We know the concept, but we don‘t have the word to translate them
