17 CESSATION OF EMPLOYER ’ S LIABILITY

4.14.7 Cessation of Employer ’ s liability: Clause 14.14

The Books provide that the Employer is not to be liable to the Contractor for

anything under or in connection with the contract except to the extent that

the Contractor has included an amount expressly for it:

in the final statement; and also

●

(except for matters arising after issue of the Taking over Certificate) in the

Statement at Completion.
