11.4 FURTHER TESTS

If the work of rectifying any defects may have affected the performance of the

works, the Engineer or Employer may require a repetition of any test required

under the contract within 28 days after the remedying of the defect or dam-

age. The cost of performing repeated tests is to be borne by the party liable for

the cost of rectifying the defects.
