[“That + subject + bare infinitive” or “that + subject + should + bare
infinitive”]
―That clause‖ is a type of nominal subordinate clause introduced by the
conjunction ―that‖
―That-clauses‖ are those with finite verb form and begin with ―that‖
These nominal that-clauses can be easily distinguished from relative clauses
introduced by that by trying to replace that by ―which‖ or ―who‖.
Ex: That she loves you is certain
