Design of the study: This study is divided into three main parts: Part A: INTRODUCTION: In this part the rationale, the aims, the research questions, the scope, the methods and the design of the study are presented. Part B: DEVELPOMENT: This part consists of three chapters: the “Literature Review”, “Methodology” and “Data Analysis and Discussion” Part C: CONCLUSION: This part offers a summary of the study and some suggestions for further study.
