Stop + V-ing: dừng hành động đang làm

Stop + to V: dừng lại để làm việc khác

Eg: Stop making noise, please

Eg: She stops to talk to him

Try + to V: cố gắng làm điều gì

Try + V-ing: thử làm điều gì

Eg: He tries writing with his left

Eg: He tries to get high marks in English

Remember + V-ing: Nhớ đã làm đ.gì

Remember + to V: Nhớ phải làm đ.gì

Eg: I remember locking the door before leaving

Eg: Remember to post this letter

Forget + V-ing: quên đã làm đ.gì

Forget + to V: quên làm đ.gì

Eg: He forgets meeting her before

Eg: He forgot to shut the computer
