Suggestions: Derived from the theoretical basis , practice and teaching purposes as wellas the successes and limitations when implementing the topic to contribute to theteaching of English ,in general, teaching grammar in particular is better andbetter , I have the following practical recommendations: * For the administrators: - Create conditions for teachers to have professional group meetings, exchangeknowledge very often .- Grasp teachers to need honesty and direct remarks thoroughly after periods ofclass observation , especially in experimental lessons. * For the higher leaders: - Need to create conditions for teachers to have opportunities to exchange, andlearn experiences through seminars. - I look forward to receiving all the constructive comments that make thisexperience perfect and effective in teaching practice, contributing to furtherimproving the quality of English teaching in high school level.Sincerely thank!
