1. BJAM offers separately managed wrap fee accounts. BJAM manages the client assets but a
separate sponsor firm handles all client communication and other portfolio management
activities. In these accounts, the entire bundled fee including trading expense is deducted.
This is inconsistent with Delray's policy of only deducting direct trading expenses.
