2.1. Complex sentences.
Câu phức là câu có ít nhất 1 mệnh đề phụ thuộc (dependent clause) và 1 mệnh đề độc lập
(independent clause) liên kết với nhau, sử dụng các liên từ phụ thuộc gọi là Subordinating
Conjuntions.
Một số liên từ phụ thuộc được dùng để liên kết dependent clause với independent clause:
although; though, even though
so that, in order that
because, since, as
when, while, before, after, as soon as, until
………..
