3.1.2. Distribution of the pre-test scores

The data shows that the distribution of grades in both groups before the treatment has the

same bands.

The distribution of grades in both groups after the treatment has completely different

bands.

It appears that the distribution of separate scores in each group before and after the

treatment of Explicit method is somehow distinctive. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate

the mean scores of both groups to see if there is any difference which is then compared by

a t-test so as to prove whether the difference is statistically significant.
