2.3.3 Research design

In this paper, the quantitative approach was followed strictly in order to gather the data for

the research questions. The quasi-experimental research was chosen and carefully

constructed so that the variables under investigation could be controlled and manipulated.

There are two groups in the quasi-experimental design: an experimental group and a

control group. The data are collected at two points in time (before and after the treatment).
