Câu 45: A.advice B.information C.warn D.lesson Đọc kĩ đoạn văn và chọn phương án đúng (A,B,C hoặc D) cho mỗi chỗ trống từ 46 đến 50:Cummunication involves words,but it also involves many other things .Very often,we communicate agreat deal without ever opening our mounths .Because we speak with our eyes,gestures ,andexpressions,our body language is an extremely important part of communication.In fact,according tosome researchers ,as much as sixty percent of communication is nonverbal.Nonverbal communication is not the same every where,however .Although we all use it,we may usebody language in different ways.This is because each culture has its own “unwritten rules” aboutappropriate gestures,eye contact,and so on.Thus ,learning language must involve the body language ofthat culture.Otherwise,you’re learning less than half of the language.Our culture determines at least some of our body language.As a result,communication betweenpeople from different countries may be complicated if neither is aware of the body language of theother.For example,a south American prefers more eye contact and speak more quickly than a northAmerican .He or she also uses gestures more prequently.In the middle East,people stand nearer to eachother tha North Americans are accustomed to .In addition,they often touch each other duringconversation,but North Amaricans do not.Difference like these can create problems in communication.Sometimes,although they may notunderstand why,people , from different cultures feel uncomfortable during conversations.Such feelingsmay even cause distrust or disapproval.If this happens to you,you should pay attention to body language-both yours and the person you are with.Words may not be the problem.The problem may be the bodylanguage.
