Because of the non-English major students as well as the language learners, they encounter many problems in learning English grammar for TOEIC exam. Firstly, through the thesis‟s results, it can be easy to find that all they encounter the problems of learning methods. Most students try to learn all grammar structures only but not doing exercises or vice versa, doing exercises only but not learning grammar structures. In addition, the low number of the learners usually systematizes grammar points as well as compare and contrast between them, which affects directly and greatly their master of English grammar. One more disadvantage is that the language learners always study and practice English language individually, which is not encouraged in second language acquisition. Secondly, they catch difficulties in practicing them, for example, most of them responded that they sometimes (59%) look back on their grammar mistakes as well as they will ignore their questions or just ask friends for solutions instead of applying the combination of asking students, teachers and self-studying on Internet. Finally, there is no thorough knowledge of TOEIC exam. Most of the students don‟t know clearly the number of test items and test type items of grammar in TOEIC test, which helps them a lot to pass it. 46 As mentioned above, there are three main problems: the method of learning, the way of practicing English grammar, and limited knowledge of TOEIC exam.
