Hello. My name is Tom. I come from Manchester, a big city in England. There

are lots of traffic and it is quite noisy here. On summer holiday, I often come back to

the countryside to visit my uncle’s family. It’s about 200 kilometres far from

Manchester. It takes me four hours to get there by coach. My uncle’s family has a big

farm where they plant fruits and vegetables, raise chickens, cows and pigs. In the

morning, I often get up early to enjoy the fresh air then go to pick up eggs with my aunt.

In the afternoon, my cousins take me to the sheds to feed the cows. The life in the

countryside is really quiet and peaceful. I always love to come back there every summer.
