bstract: The implementa on of transparency in responding to climate change is an important issueinassessing the e ec veness of climate change response measures. Currently, a large number of tools havebeen introduced to implement transparency in responding to climate change worldwide. The analysisof advantages and disadvantages of each tool is important toenable the selec on of appropriate toolsthat can be e ec vely applied in the Viet Nam context. This paper will introduce some of the tools used toimplement transparency in responding to climate change and comprehensive analysis of advantages and disadvantages as well as their applicability in Viet Nam.Keywords: Tools, transparency, responding, climate change.
