a particular IP address, the gateway with the lowest metric will beused. If for some reason the Windows Server 2003 computer cannotcommunicate with the first gateway, it will try to use the gateway withthe next lowest metric. By default, Windows Server 2003 assigns themetric to the gateway automatically. If you want to do so manually,uncheck the Automatic metriccheck box and enter a metric in thetext box.
